One Week Trial Program: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our One Week Trial program! We are excited to offer your child the opportunity to experience our learning environment. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling.

1. Trial Period

The trial period consists of five (5) consecutive school days, commencing on the "Preferred Trial Start Date" indicated in your enrollment form. This trial is offered completely free of charge.

2. Eligibility

This free trial offer is available to new families who have not previously enrolled a child in any of our programs. Each child is eligible for one trial period only.

3. Program Inclusion

During the one-week trial, your child will have access to the full range of activities and learning materials offered in their age-appropriate program. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Participation in all scheduled lessons and educational games.
• Access to our play areas and facilities.
• Interaction with our qualified educators and fellow students.
• Any snacks and meals provided during school hours.

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Required Information: All information provided on this enrollment form must be accurate and up-to-date.
• Drop-off and Pick-up: You are required to adhere to the designated drop-off and pick-up times for your child's program.
• Special Needs: Please provide detailed information regarding any of your child's special needs, allergies, or medical conditions in the "Additional Notes" section.
• Communication: Our educators will be available for brief check-ins at the beginning and end of each day.

5. Health and Safety

Our priority is the health and safety of every child. We maintain a secure facility and follow strict health protocols. In an emergency, we will contact you immediately using the information provided.

6. Enrollment After Trial

At the conclusion of the trial, you will have the option to enroll your child. Our staff will provide you with the necessary documents. There is no obligation to enroll after the trial period.

7. Cancellation

Should you decide to discontinue the trial, please notify our administrative office in writing. As this is a free trial, no fees will be incurred.

8. Code of Conduct

We expect all children to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate the trial period if a child's behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful to others.

9. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your child's safety, we are not liable for any unforeseen accidents or injuries that may occur during the trial period.

10. Agreement

By checking the box below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
